1. ORGANIZING AUTHORITY/ VENUE/DATE
The 2012 Flying Dutchman National Championship and Iván Dolesch Memorial Regatta will take place at Spartacus Sailing Club, Lake Balaton, Balatonföldvár, Hungary from 25 to 29 May 2012.
2. RULES
The regatta will be governed as defined in RRS, HYA’s General Regulations and Instructions for 2012 and Class Rules.
3. SAILING CLASSES
Flying Dutchman, Star, 470, Finn-dinghy, Laser
4. SCHEDULE
Flying Dutchman National Championship
24 May 19:00–22:00 and 25 May 07:30–08:30 Registration
25 May 09:55 First warning signal, races
26–28 May 09.55 Warning signal, races
29 May Spare day
Seven (7) races are scheduled. Four (4) races are required to constitute the National Championship. If five (5) or more races are completed there will be one discard.

No warning signal will be given after 14:00 hrs on the last day of the regatta.
5. ENTRY
Entry fee for Flying Dutchman National Championship 6000 Ft / prs
For Iván Dolesch Memorial Regatta 5000 Ft/ prs

Registration and payment shall be made at the Race Office of Spartacus Sailing Club.
6. COURSES
Courses to be sailed will be Olympic, the correct way of performance will be given on the Notice board in front of the Club house.
7. SCORING
The Low Point scoring system of RRS Appendix A will apply.
8. PRIZES
Prizes will be awarded at least to the first three (3) placed boats.
9. ADVERTISING
Advertising will be restricted to Category A.
10. INSURANCE
Each participating boat shall be insured with valid third-party liability insurance
11. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. See rule 4, The organizing authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.
